    They push home warranties as an assurance of appliances and systems within the home. In reality the warranties they sell dont cover anything. Dont use this group.

    Lindsay Sears, Realtor is very upset that we were unable to include the exterior custom trim for free on a window project. We did everything that we could to discount the cost associated to install the exterior custom trim for Lindsay Sears and the new homeowner. Lindsey Sears went on to say "I do not care if the windows are installed properly, I will not be living in the home anymore so why should I care if the windows are installed properly or not?" Nathan our General Manager here at Factory Direct, stated "we can not complete a project improperly for any reason, we must complete the project correctly for any homeowner that may live in the home now and in the future. We just don't do business that way, I'm sorry". As a company, we are extremely upfront with all customers in regards to any services that may be needed for a window project to last for the next 30 to 40 years before an agreement is entered into. Lindsay Sears never signed or entered into an agreement with us and was told about the exterior custom trim that was needed to properly install the windows in advance once we were able to clearly see better pictures of the current windows. We are very sorry that she feels this way and will strive to improve our process and customer service for all customers. As a policy we always have our installation manager and head installer view pictures of each home for proper installation before an agreement is signed. We disagree with Lindsay Sears, RE/MAX Legends Group. The fact that they have brushed aside completing a window project correctly for cost savings, is completely wrong. We at Factory Direct take pride in our work and will always do what is right for customers.
