  This was a lovely, quiet place to live. My apartment was recently renovated with new appliances and my neighbors were quite, but friendly when we did run into each other. It was close enough to Broad Ripple to be able to get a cheap ride, but far enough away that I didn't have to worry about club go-ers on my door step. Maintenance was quick to respond the one time I needed them. The only negative aspect of living here was the mail delivery persons apathy as to whether my mail was in the box, or scattered around it. Overall, I would certainly recommend.
