  Wednesday 9:08 A.M , Bank was not busy at all. . Not gonna name the banker but she told me the policy says couldn't fill out the form. The form clearly stated in bold and big letters, "INFORMATION BELOW IS TO BE FILLED BY BANK." Banker told me it was against the policy and she'd lose her job if she does so. She printed out the information and told me i can fill it out myself. The form couldn't take more than 5 minutes to fill out. I'm wondering if she is just too lazy to fill out the form or she is confused with another policy. The worse part is that I went back at 9:35 A.M and ask for the bank manager. Since some of the banker didn't have client, they were just chatting among themselves. With clear conscience that i needed help , the manager walked in and out of his office and take his sweet time just walking around and greeting his fellow workers as if he's never seen them before. I sit for about 8 minutes and walked out the door when i get an important call knowing the manager is spaced out and thinking hes taking a walk at the park. Other bankers and employee are doing their best. But these 2 people I encounter with leave me in awe of with their customer service.
